Qualifications

  • ACAS certification with active progress toward FCAS designation.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in property and casualty actuarial work.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, SAS, or VBA.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in-office in Edmonton.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex actuarial analyses supporting pricing, reserving, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models and projections.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and IT teams to provide strategic insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
