What’s the position?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and engagement for social casino apps.
  • Manage DSP campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and optimize native advertising campaigns for scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee in-app affiliate marketing efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement A/B testing to improve results.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns with company objectives.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the social casino or iGaming industry to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform UA strategies.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, with expertise in DSPs, native ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • High-level knowledge of the social casino or iGaming industry, including market dynamics and player behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile marketing channels and campaign management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and user LTV.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in the social casino or iGaming sector.
