Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in accounting or a related field
• 3 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience coordinating accounts receivable with other departments
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Dynamics Great Plains

Responsibilities

• Maintain and post sales invoices and credits accurately
• Monitor overdue accounts and manage collections per policy
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and provide reporting improvements
• Process new customer applications and onboarding requirements
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger with general ledger and intercompany accounts
• Assist in pricing lists and customer accounts in finance system
