Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will manage all accounts receivable, process write-offs, and handle firm credit card payments while supporting banking and trust activities.

We value solid accounting knowledge, at least 3 years in a similar role, and familiarity with iManage/Elite 3E. Competitive salary and benefits are offered as part of our professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in a professional services firm is an asset.
• Intermediate skills of Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of iManage and Elite 3E would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Managing all accounts receivable.
• Processing account write-offs.
• Facilitating all firm credit card payments.
• Responsible for bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with trust credit card deposits.
• Supporting Collections Coordinator.
