Job summary

SyBridge Technologies in Canada is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and effective balance management across multiple sites. You will process customer invoices and payments, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close with attention to detail.

The role collaborates with Operations and Sales to improve cash flow, resolve customer queries, and maintain compliant tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Certification, diploma, or College Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and payments, ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy.
• Process customer invoices and payments; perform balancing duties.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close.
