Job summary

Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. in St. Catharines, ON is seeking an Accounting Administrator for a full-time, permanent role. You will support the company’s accounting functions in-office.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including AR and AP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, including data analysis.
• Experience with an ERP system; SAP ERP is a strong asset.
• Experience with third-party payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Dayforce).

Job description

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as an Accounting Administrator in St. Catharines, ON!

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their Accounting needs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable (Heavy focus for the role)
• General Accounting
• Payroll

What We’re Looking For:

• Post-Secondary Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including hands-on responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, including the ability to analyze and reconcile financial data.
• Experience working with an ERP system in an accounting environment; experience with SAP ERP software is considered a strong asset
• Experience working with third-party payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Dayforce, or similar), including payroll processing, employee maintenance, payroll reporting

Details:

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully in-office)
