Job summary

Uline is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts and help ensure timely payments across our North American network. You will build strong relationships via phone and email while working with internal teams to resolve past-due balances and reduce aging.

The role emphasizes accuracy in records, collaboration with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales, and finding opportunities to improve processes for a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
