Job summary

Uline, a North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring an Accountant for our Milton, ON location. You will prepare financial documents and ensure accurate reporting to support growth as a top distributor.

Pay from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, with strong benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA designation are required, along with 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA designation required.
• 3+ years of accounting or similar experience.
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to accurately record transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Review financial records and reports, ensuring alignment with accounting practices and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with business units to improve reporting and drive actionable business insights.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA designation.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
