Job summary

Uline in Milton, ON, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts and support timely payments. You will work with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to keep aging low and ensure exceptional service across our North American operations.

The role emphasizes relationship building via phone and email, accurate record-keeping, and problem-solving in a growing company. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6 PM, and all positions are on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, AR or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; strong communication.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
