Job summary

Uline in Milton, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Accountant to prepare financial documents and ensure accurate reporting to support growth as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

Position offers a pay range of CAD 80,000 to CAD 110,000 per year, with company benefits including extended health coverage, RRSP match, and multiple bonus programs. On-site role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA designation.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to accurately record transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Review financial records and reports, ensuring they align with standard accounting practices and internal control guidelines.
• Develop and maintain timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with business units to manage and continuously improve reporting to drive actionable business insights.
