The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, GAAP experience, and post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent is an asset. You will collaborate with property management teams to maintain cash flow and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable processes in property management or real estate.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and portfolios.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing and billing cycles, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Manage credit and collections in line with company policies.
• Prepare receivables reports and collaborate with accounting and property management teams.
• Resolve billing inquiries and suggest process improvements.
