The Accounts Receivable Clerk - Patient Billing's main duties include processing patient invoices, sourcing clinical details, liaising with health funds, patients, and stakeholders regarding invoices and debt recovery, registering clinicians to enable revenue generation, completing month and year-end processes, and providing relief for Switchboard/Reception as needed.
Key duties include:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience is desirable.
