• Location: 100% remote
• Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role:

Client Billing:

• Create invoices, credit memos, and statements of accounts for clients.
• Submit invoices for review and approval.
• Collaborate with attorneys and finance team to resolve discrepancies.
• Record approved invoices and credit memos in the system.
• Send invoices via email and client portal.
• Review accounts and send payment reminders for overdue invoices.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of billing data through regular reviews.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts receivable or billing; legal or professional services experience is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting systems is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
