We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a team in the Brantford area.

Position : Accounts Receivable Administrator

Location : Brantford

Type : 3-6 months to start with potential to extend.

Do you have 3+ years experience supporting AR , Credit and Collections?

Do you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude?

Are you highly proficient with Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle?

Responsibilities

In this Accounts Receivable Clerk role in Brantford, you will hold the following responsibilities :

  • Billing and Invoicing : Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
  • Payment Processing : Record and apply payments received from clients, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
  • Accounts Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Customer Communication : Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account statuses in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting : Assist in preparing periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable, aging reports, and collections.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this Accounts Receivable Clerk role in Brantford you will need the following qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of full cycle AR experience.
  • Experience with major ERP systems including MS Dynamics 354, SAP is a great asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
