บริษัท จีเอ็มเอ็ม มิวสิค จำกัด (มหาชน) is seeking an online marketing specialist in London UK within Strategic Planning, but the primary role here is Accounts Receivable. The position requires 1–3 years' experience, solid accounting knowledge, and ERP proficiency.

You will handle invoicing, month-end closing, and reconciliations in a modern finance team. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/Oracle/BC365 are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Experience with mid-size or enterprise ERP systems (MS 365, SAP, Oracle, BC365).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF).

• Prepare and issue invoices in the system with accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments to collect information and documents for invoicing.
• Coordinate with Finance to submit billing documents on time.
• Perform month-end closing for revenue and accounts receivable.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and issue invoices in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect required information and supporting documents, such as quotations, for invoice preparation
• Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare and submit billing documents within the required timeline
• Perform month-end closing for revenue, accounts receivable, and other assigned accounts according to the closing schedule
• Prepare and perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of accounting records
• Organize and maintain accounting documents, such as project invoices, systematically for future reference and audit purposes
• Support Accounts Receivable operations and other accounting-related tasks as assigned
