EllisDon is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead and optimize the accounts payable workflow in a high-volume, multi-project environment in Fort Saskatchewan/Edmonton, AB. The role requires strong Excel skills and a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will mentor staff, support month-end close, and ensure compliant payment processing while coordinating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in construction.
• Degree/Diploma in a related field required.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-project, multi-province payables environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
