Job summary

Grosvenor in Vancouver, BC seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage AP for development projects and corporate operations. You will ensure invoices are reviewed, coded, approved, paid and recorded, while supporting month-end close and internal controls.

This role collaborates with Development teams, Corporate departments and external vendors to maintain accurate financial records. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in AP, a Accounting degree, and familiarity with ERP systems like MRI,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin.
• CPA enrolment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process AP for Development Projects and Corporate Operations with proper approvals and coding.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor setup, electronic payments and related controls.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations and documentation for Canadian/US entities.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials; support system enhancements.
