Ideal candidates have a post-secondary diploma or certificate in accounting or business administration, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Coupa or BI tools; salary range is listed, and the firm offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, H-Lookup, and V-Lookup.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with high accuracy, ensuring correct amount, currency, expense code, and billing entity.
• Resolve vendor and business inquiries within standard deadlines.
• Assist with preparation of weekly payments schedule.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes.
• Assist end users with P2P platform inquiries.
• Create cheque schedules for invoice payments.
• Send files for posted electronic payments including wire transfers and EFTs.
• Ensure time-sensitive payments are made on schedule.
• Assist with reconciling vendor accounts.
