Job summary

Concert Properties is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (12-Month Contract) to join our Income Producing Properties and Corporate Accounting teams in Vancouver. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payables.

The role requires 2–3 years of full cycle AP experience (real estate a plus), and proficiency with Yardi 7S. You should be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced

• Yardi 7S experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Part of the IPP AP process (P2P) team and related systems.
• Assist with system development and testing as required (P2P).
• Follow up and tracking of invoices with the property management team.
• Manage coding and approvals for invoices processed outside of P2P.
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements, review of AP aging reports.
• Assist with Development and Corporate payables as needed.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (12-Month Contract) to join us. The successful candidate will provide accounts payable support to the Income Producing Properties (IPP), Development, and Corporate Accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role reports to the Manager, Accounts Payables.

Key Responsibilities

• Part of the team that looks after the IPP AP Process (P2P)
• Assist with system development and testing as required (P2P)
• Follow up and tracking of invoices with the property management team
• Manage coding and approvals for invoices processed outside of P2P
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements, review of AP aging reports
• Assist with Development and Corporate payables as needed
