Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Grain team in Winnipeg. You will ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, process payables, respond to inquiries, and transition vendors to EFT where possible.

We value detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel. Post-secondary education and at least one year of AP experience are required, with a customer-focused communication style.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and a minimum of one year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payment runs.
• Review and process vendor invoices; respond to account inquiries.
• Manage recurring payables and journal entries.
• Transition vendors, customers, and producers from cheque to EFT payments.
• Enter and process vendor invoices through AP automation software.
