Exclusive Floors is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounts Payable function from our Surrey office. The role includes supervising AP staff and ensuring timely invoice processing, with cross-training across corporate accounting for affiliated entities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting management, a relevant diploma or degree, and strong Excel skills. Sage 50/300 experience is a plus. In-office, Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00, with benefits and parking.

About the Company

Our client is a highly reputable organization with a collaborative and supportive team environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their Surrey-based office. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

About the Role

This individual will act as the second Accounting Manager for the organization and will primarily oversee the full Accounts Payable function, including supervising a team of AP staff and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The role will also be cross‑trained in corporate accounting functions to support accounting operations across multiple affiliated entities.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of accounting management experience along with a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates should also possess advanced Excel skills, while experience with Sage 50 and Sage 300 is considered a strong asset.
