Job Description: Administrative and Financial Support Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support a wide range of administrative and financial activities within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting administrative duties and processes efficiently.
- Managing financial activities such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, government accounting, and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
- Supporting the company's vision by facilitating consolidated, simplified, and standardized financial reporting processes.
- Providing administrative support for key business processes including the annual operating plan (AOP), strategic plan (STRAP), financial forecasts, and weekly updates.
- Coordinating compliance activities related to ISO 9001:2015 with business needs.
- Supporting the transition and implementation planning of ERP software.
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously, requiring extensive coordination across managers and time zones.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and supporting team meetings.
- Providing support with Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint as needed.
- Handling confidential information with minimal supervision, utilizing extensive knowledge of company operations and policies.
- Making complex travel arrangements and managing travel expenses.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively and exercising good judgment.
- Demonstrating professionalism, motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Managing multiple activities with coordination and follow-through to meet deadlines.
- Exhibiting initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office in a business environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and MS Project
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks autonomously
- Degree in business or a related field preferred
- Attention to detail, executive presence, maturity, and sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
