Doman Building Materials Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Vancouver to handle a high volume of supplier invoices with close collaboration to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will review unusual invoices and communicate outstanding issues promptly.

Qualifications include strong English communication, detail orientation, and experience with full-cycle accounting. The role is permanent, full-time with standard weekday hours and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong email and phone communication.
• Detail oriented and able to analyze situations for best outcome.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiar with standard office equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Match receipts to supplier invoices.
• Data entry of ~1,000 invoices per month with due dates and discounts.
• Code and process high-volume freight invoices with approvals.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and faxing for AP.
• Sort and distribute AP invoices.
• Investigate supplier questions and field inquiries.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts as required.
• Cost analysis and expense reviews.
• Process employee expense reports.
