Position Summary

We seek an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with high accuracy. Responsibilities include vendor communication, assisting with audits, streamlining AP processes, and preparing payments and invoices.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing and verifying accounts payable invoices
• Processing payments and reports
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Supporting audits
• Streamlining AP processes
• Resolving discrepancies with internal departments
• Following company procedures and accounting principles
• Responding to vendor, client, and internal requests

Position Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of AP experience with basic accounting knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ERP is a plus
• Accurate with high attention to detail
• Good communication skills and professionalism
• Ethical, able to handle sensitive financial info
