We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform day-to-day transactions, including processing EFT payments to our valued partners, and preparing and reconciling a variety of reports.

What You Will Do:

  • Process bills and invoices for shared services, up to 200 per month
  • Prepare weekly aging reports
  • Process weekly EFT payments from NetSuite
  • Conduct bank account and credit card account reconciliations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to vendor master data
  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with vendors, answering vendor inquiries and resolution of conflicts
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related certification
  • 1-2 of prior accounts payable experience
  • Strong ability to learn new systems
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and self-direction, flexibility, and ability to adapt to change
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, with proven advanced-level skills in Excel spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in NetSuite an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $47,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
