Description

Le commis aux comptes fournisseurs sera responsable des tâches suivantes :

1. Saisie des factures
2. Traitement des factures fournisseurs
3. Réponse aux questions relatives aux paiements fournisseurs
4. Rapprochement des relevés fournisseurs
5. Traitement des paiements hebdomadaires fournisseurs
6. Effectuer d’autres tâches générales pour le bon fonctionnement du service

Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires

• DEC, AEC ou DEP en comptabilité ou en administration
• Expérience pertinente en comptes fournisseurs dans le secteur manufacturier, un atout
• Bilinguisme : français et anglais, parlé et écrit
• Expérience avec les logiciels de comptabilité PowerLink/Mapics/AS400, un atout
• Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel intermédiaire, Outlook)

The accounts payable clerk will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Invoice data entry
2. Processing of supplier invoices
3. Answering supplier payment queries
4. Reconciliation of supplier statements
5. Processing weekly supplier payment runs
6. Perform other general tasks for the department's smooth operation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• DEC, AEC, or DEP in Accounting or Administration
• Relevant experience in accounts payable in the manufacturing industry is an asset
• Bilingualism: French and English, spoken and written
• Experience with accounting software PowerLink/Mapics/AS400 is an asset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate, Outlook)
