Job description

Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Mississauga, ON-based company to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk! This will be a 1-month contract with the potential for an extension.

Benefits & Perks:

1. Compensation - up to $23/hour.
2. This will be a hybrid role (2 to 3 times a week) at the Client's Mississauga Location.
3. Immediate Start.

Responsibilities:

1. 50% filing and sorting invoices, store reports and boxing, and some photocopying.
2. 25% reconciling vendor statements, looking up invoices, and payments, and communicating with vendors.
3. 25% processing invoices.

Qualifications:

1. Experience processing invoices.
2. Experience reconciling vendor statements.
3. Good communication both verbal and written.
4. Can prepare reconciliations in Excel and use v-lookup.
5. Must be proficient in MS Office including EXCEL (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and Formulas).
