Mohawk Medbuy Corporation in Chatham is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for a 12 month contract to support the AP team. The role focuses on high-volume invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliations, and responding to vendor inquiries while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of AP experience, post-secondary accounting or business training, and strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
We are currently recruiting for contract full-time Accounts Payable Associate to support our Accounts Payable team at our Chatham location.
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for a wide range of duties such as matching, batching, inputting a high volume of accounts payable invoices and resolving accounts payable issues with vendors. This position will also assist with vendor statement reconciliations and vendor inquiries.
