About The Role
This temporary full-time position of 12 months supports the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the organization. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll handle invoice entry, payment processing, statements, and vendor communications. Your role helps safeguard our financial integrity and supports the overall mission of helping seniors experience life well in supportive communities.

You are a highly organized and accurate professional who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people. You bring experience or education in accounting or bookkeeping, and your attention to detail ensures timely and accurate data entry. You thrive both independently and in a team setting, always willing to lend a hand to meet shared goals. You adapt quickly to change, manage competing priorities with calm confidence, and stay focused on doing quality work. This temporary full-time position of 12 months offers an hourly wage of $25.24. You will bewelcomed into a warm and supportive work environment.
