The Opportunity

As an Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in growing and maintaining our client portfolio. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your accounts—building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring client needs are met from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts in your territory.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, from day-to-day contacts to senior executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate renewals, and promote additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct account reviews to measure results and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in construction or industrial services.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships, close deals, and manage projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
