Join our Professional Services team as an Accounting Supervisor and make an impact in a dynamic environment. This role involves overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, general ledger, and supporting budget and forecast preparations. You will also contribute to process improvements, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely financial reporting.

**Responsibilities include:**

1. Assist with full cycle bookkeeping and payroll functions
2. Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy
3. Manage accounts receivable and collections
4. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
5. Perform month-end and quarter-end close processes
6. Support budgeting and forecasting activities
7. Identify discrepancies and develop resolutions
8. Improve work processes and client service delivery

**Qualifications:**

• 3 to 5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus
• College diploma or university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software like QBO and Microsoft Office
