Job summary

Elby Professional Recruitment is assisting a real estate client in Canada to recruit a part-time Accounting Specialist. The role offers flexible hours (16-20 hours per week) spread over 3 days between 8:30am and 5pm, enabling you to divide your schedule as you prefer.

You will handle accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and memos, with month-end support and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent data-entry and numeric accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable duties including data-entry and credit applications.
• Manage bank reconciliations and assist with month-ends.
• Assist with invoicing and creating credit/debit memos.
• Support payroll processing and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
