Weldco-Beales Manufacturing is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support core accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and depreciation. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate financial records and timely month-end close.
The ideal candidate holds a accounting-related diploma or degree, is proficient with QuickBooks/Sage/NetSuite and Excel, and is pursuing a CPA or related designation.

Who Are You?
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounting Specialist contributes to the accuracy and reliability of the company’s financial records by supporting key accounting processes. This role performs a range of core accounting functions, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations, general journal entries, and depreciation processing, while also providing support to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams. This role supports accurate financial transaction processing by working closely with business units to identify and resolve discrepancies, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
