Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations and a high-performing finance team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and account reconciliations
• Manage AR/AP processes and financial reporting deadlines
• Support internal, external, and government audits
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures
• Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis
  
  

Accounting Manager Qualifications

• CPA designation (or actively working toward it)
