Job Summary

The Accounting Manager will oversee accounting operations, manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure GAAP compliance, and collaborate across teams to maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Supervise junior staff as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AR, AP, GL, inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Business Edge ERP preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
