Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance at Hays

Role: Accounting Manager

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

Our client is a law firm located in Toronto, seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your New Role

The Accounting Manager will lead the day-to-day financial operations of the accounting department. They will report directly to the Managing Partners and lead a team of 5+ direct reports. Responsibilities include managing core accounting functions, developing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal financial standards. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Ideally, you will hold a CPA designation and have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience. Proven leadership skills and exposure to the legal industry are preferred.
