The Accounting Manager is a new role that will play a key role within the Finance team, supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and local tax jurisdictions, maintaining strong internal controls, and support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
This role combines hands‑on accounting oversight with analytical leadership, focusing on inventory, job costing, and operational reporting within a custom manufacturing environment. The Accounting Manager will be a technical accounting resource and support to the Finance team, enhance financial visibility through meaningful reporting and KPIs, and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve performance across the organization.
PAY RANGE:
CAD $40.86 – $55.30

The listed pay range represents the expected compensation for this position. Individual pay will be determined by factors such as job‑related skills, applicable experience, and relevant education and training.
