About Our Client:
Impact Recruitment has partnered with a boutique developer in Richmond that has been in business for the past 10 years. They are currently looking to add an experienced Accounting Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience.

About The Position:
Reporting to the owner, the accounting manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Manage the whole accounting department, including AP, AR and account reconciliations.
2. Oversee the accounting system implementation and conduct account analysis.
3. Prepare financial statements, budgets and cashflow statements.
4. Lead month end closing and implement internal controls.
5. Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and tax reports.
6. Work in collaboration with external auditors for year-end audit.
7. Process bank and credit card reconciliations and prepare expense claims.
8. Ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of accounting experience.
2. Real estate experience is required.
3. Diploma or degree in accounting.
4. 5 days in office role.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $90,000 to $100,000
