What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s what a week might look like in this role:

  • Completing full-cycle accounting tasks (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, payroll support)
  • Leveraging automation to reduce manual bookkeeping work
  • Reviewing financial performance and sharing insights with the leadership team
  • Preparing invoices and responding to client billing questions
  • Supporting budgets, forecasts, and grant funding applications
  • Coordinating with suppliers and external partners

What They’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting at a privately-owned business
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • A passion for technology and process improvement
  • Experience or interest in using AI to automate repetitive finance tasks
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
