CFMWS in Canada is seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage core accounting tasks across receivables, payables, cash handling and reconciliations in a computerized system. This hands-on role requires accuracy, prioritization and the ability to meet monthly deadlines.

You will verify source documents, enter data, prepare financial reports and demonstrate strong Excel skills. The position is on-site in Canada, bilingual English/French, and available as soon as possible with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma AND several years of accounting experience.
• Experience in data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques.
• Bilingual (English and French) Essential

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing and accounts receivable duties.
• Cash handling and bank reconciliations in a computerized system.
• Verify source documents for compliance and enter into the books.
• Prepare and issue financial documents and reports with accuracy and integrity.
• Manage tasks with defined priorities and fixed monthly deadlines.
