Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
• Proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable ledgers
• Enter data from invoices and print statements
• Run schedules and journals; perform cash balancing and bank reconciliations
• Process vehicle transactions and assist with month/year-end closing
• Support payroll processing as needed and reconcile related schedules
