Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Enter data from invoices and print statements.
• Process deposits, run reconciliations and cash handling procedures.
• Assist in month- and year-end closing.
• Support payroll processing as needed.
