Responsibilities

• Manage and review accounting and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Review financial statements, working papers, and related engagement documentation.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal tax professionals and other service teams to support client needs.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior team members where applicable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
• Ensure engagements are completed in compliance with professional standards and firm policies.
