Job description

• Assist the accounts payable analyst in preparing weekly disbursements, including miscellaneous banking tasks.
• Monitor daily and weekly cash management activities to ensure proper movement.
• Assist the VP with bi-weekly payroll submissions.
• Prepare corporate general ledger reconciliations.
• Review and reconcile Travel and Entertainment expenses.
• Prepare and reconcile journal entries.
• Assist management in the preparation of annual payroll planning.
