Qualifications

Job description

• What you’ll do

  • Perform monthly journal entries.

  • Conduct reconciliations of accounts.

  • Assist in the review and approval of travel and expense reports.

  • Support the control processes for fixed assets.

  • Review compliance with fiscal, corporate, and accounting controls within assigned processes.

  • Prepare accounting reports for month-end close procedures.

  • Contribute to end-of-month close processes.

  
  What experience you need

  • B2 level English required.

  • 2 years T&E, AP, GL or fixed assets experience.

  • 2 years of experience with ERP Systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP.

  • 2 years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Accounting graduate or actively pursuing an Accounting degree with at least 2 years of completed studies.
