MT Talent Solutions is partnering with a medical devices organization to recruit an Accounts Receivable Representative in Mississauga, Ontario. You will maintain customer accounts, process payments, and support collections to keep cash flow on track.

Ideal candidates have experience in accounts receivable, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach. This role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office) with a base salary of 60,000 CAD plus a 5,000 CAD

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and AR records.
• Process and apply payments, including credit card transactions.
• Review balances, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments.
• Coordinate payment arrangements when appropriate.
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and billing documentation.
• Prioritize collection activities and keep records of communications.
• Respond to questions about invoices, payments, and balances.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve issues.
