Our Account Manager Trainee is the face of our customer's experience. 1. Communicating with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing sales.
2. Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
3. Ensuring customer expectations are met through inspections, evaluations, and providing outstanding customer service every time.
4. Receiving comprehensive training and performing duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
5. Presenting product presentations to potential customers and integrating customer outreach into overall sales goals.
6. Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers.
7. Observing experienced Sales Account Executives to learn our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for departmental duties.
8. Achieving individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training.

Account Manager Trainee Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Communications.
• Exceptional sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding quotas.
• Motivated to learn, reliable, and professional.
• Ability to interact effectively with various staff throughout the organization.
• Ability to adapt well to continuous change in the sales process and recognize the importance of time management and productivity.
