We are seeking an energetic Account Manager Trainee who is a fast learner, solution-oriented, and thrives on overcoming challenges. You will be the face of our client and a visible force on the sales team. This role offers the opportunity to gain extensive client exposure and directly impact our firm's success.

You learn best by doing, which is why we offer a 3-4 week comprehensive onboarding and training program. You will receive general business and sales education, review our client's expansion objectives, learn about their products and services, and undergo thorough compliance and confidentiality training.

Your Next Challenge:

  1. Identify high-potential markets, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and develop outbound sales strategies to attract and close potential leads.
  2. Use active listening and value-based selling techniques to engage customers and guide them through the sales pipeline.
  3. Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting and initiating contact to closing the sale and generating referrals.
  4. Maintain knowledge of all products, services, and promotions available to specific markets.
  5. Collaborate with the Senior Sales Account Manager to build your sales pipeline through lead generation, follow-up, cold-calling, and developing strong customer relationships for future cross-selling.
  6. Participate actively in outbound sales strategies, the creation of sales tools, and feedback sessions to improve the sales process, pitch, or account management.

Your Skills, Experience, and Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, or related fields with a proven performance record.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. An entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  5. Strong work ethic and a competitive drive to succeed.
