About The Role
The Employee Benefits Account Manager (AM) services and maintains accounts while providing professional and prompt support to clients, carrier representatives, vendor partners, and HUB colleagues. The AM works independently and cooperatively with Producers and the client team to deliver HUB services throughout the policy cycle. This role impacts customer satisfaction and supports the organization’s growth through account rounding, cross-selling, and new business development.
