We are looking for a talented, motivated Account Manager to join our Toronto team! This candidate will contribute to the efficiency and organization of the client services team to achieve team and client service initiatives. The Account Manager owns the relationship with their assigned clients and includes the creation, delivery, and maintenance of all client-related documents/requirements. Other key aspects of the position include internal and external communication, monitoring and troubleshooting issues within the programs/documents, understanding processes and workflow, organization/multi-tasking, maximization of technology to create efficiencies, and ensuring daily client tasks and deadlines are being met.
